Bottle Buddeez does takeout pickup from restaurants, so you can eat from the place you actually want, not just the places on a delivery app. Tell us the restaurant and your order details on the online form or by phone, and we will pick it up and bring it to your door.
You can also add drinks, dessert or groceries to the same trip. Here is how it works.
How does takeout pickup work?
It works like any other errand we run.
- Open the order form, or call 289-275-0767.
- Put the restaurant name and the details of your order in the form.
- If you have already ordered ahead with the restaurant, include the name the order is under.
- Choose your timing: As soon as possible, or Schedule a time.
- Send it.
A real person in dispatch calls every online order to confirm the details and give you an approximate delivery time. That call is a good time to mention anything special about your order.
Why use a pickup service for takeout?
A few common reasons:
- Your favourite spot does not deliver. Or it does not deliver to your street.
- You want more than food. Add a bottle of wine, a case of beer, or a convenience store run for pop and ice.
- You would rather talk to a person. No app and no account needed.
- You have a full house. One person on the phone, everyone else at the table.
- You are treating someone else. Send dinner to a parent nearby who could use a night off from cooking.

What can I add to a takeout order?
Takeout often comes with a second errand. Popular add-ons:
- Beer, wine or spirits from the LCBO or The Beer Store
- Pop, mix, ice or snacks from a convenience store
- Dessert or groceries for tomorrow’s breakfast
- A pharmacy pickup on the way
Each additional stop on the same order starts at $4. If your order includes alcohol, have photo ID ready at the door. You must be 19 or older to purchase alcohol in Ontario.

What details should I give you?
The more you tell us, the smoother the pickup:
- Restaurant name and location, if it has more than one.
- Your order, item by item, or the name it is under if it is already placed.
- Special requests, like extra sauce, cutlery or napkins.
- Your delivery notes, like a buzzer code or a side door.
Keep your phone nearby after you order, in case we need to check a detail with you. It is quicker to sort out a question on the phone than at the door.
Where do you pick up and deliver?
We deliver in Ajax and Whitby, where the published delivery fee is $8.99. Brooklin, Oshawa, Courtice and Bowmanville are call for pricing. If you are not sure your address is covered, call before you order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Interac debit.
When can I order takeout pickup? We are open Monday to Saturday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. If dinner is planned for a certain time, use Schedule a time on the order form.
