Bottle Buddeez handles parcel and courier drop-offs and returns, so you do not have to leave home or wait in line at the counter. Pack it, label it, tell us where it is going, and we will pick it up from your door and drop it off.
Here is how a drop-off works and how to get your parcel ready.
What kinds of drop-offs do you handle?
We do packages, courier drop-offs and returns. Common ones include:
- Online shopping returns
- Prepaid courier parcels
- Packages going back to a store
- Parcels for family or friends that are already labelled
You can read more on our parcels and returns page.
How do I get my parcel ready?
The more ready it is, the easier the drop-off. Before you order:
- Pack it. Seal the box or bag securely.
- Label it. If your return or shipment has a label, print it and attach it clearly.
- Keep any codes handy. If your return uses a code or a reference number, put it in your order notes.
- Note the drop-off location. Tell us exactly where it needs to go.
- Count your parcels. If you have more than one, put the number in your notes so nothing is left behind at the door.
- Keep your copy. Hold on to any order or return numbers for your records.
If your return needs to go back to a store in person, tell us the store and what the return is for, and we will sort out the details with you when dispatch calls.
How do I book a drop-off?
Use the order form or call 289-275-0767.
- Describe the parcel and where it is going.
- Add any codes, reference numbers or instructions in the notes.
- Choose As soon as possible, or Schedule a time.
There is no app and no account. Dispatch, a real person, calls every online order to confirm the details and give you an approximate delivery time.
Can I combine a drop-off with other errands?
Yes, and it is one of the most popular ways to use it. A drop-off pairs well with:
- A grocery pickup on the way back
- A pharmacy pickup and everyday basics
- A hardware run for bulbs, filters or salt
- A stop at the LCBO or The Beer Store
Each additional stop on the same order starts at $4. If your order includes alcohol, have photo ID ready at the door. You must be 19 or older to purchase alcohol in Ontario.
Who uses parcel drop-offs?
All sorts of people:
- Busy parents who cannot get to a counter during the day.
- People working from home who would rather not break up the day.
- Anyone without a car, or without a car that day.
- Family members helping a parent or grandparent who lives nearby.
- Small-batch online sellers with a few labelled parcels to send.
Where do you pick up? We deliver and run errands in Ajax and Whitby, where the published delivery fee is $8.99. Brooklin, Oshawa, Courtice and Bowmanville are call for pricing. If you are not sure your address is covered, call before you order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Interac debit. Questions about something specific? Our FAQ or a quick call will sort it out.
Send us the details on the order form or call 289-275-0767. We are open Monday to Saturday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
