Pharmacy pickup, everyday basics, groceries and easy meals, brought to your door while you stay on the couch.

On a sick day, we can do your pharmacy pickup and bring everyday basics, groceries and takeout to your door, so you can stay home and rest. Order online or call, and a real person in dispatch will confirm the details with you.

Nobody wants to stand in a line when they feel awful. Here is what we can pick up and how to make the order easy on yourself.

What can Bottle Buddeez pick up on a sick day?

The usual sick day list looks something like this:

  • Pharmacy pickup and everyday basics. Tissues, hand soap and the things you reach for when you are under the weather.
  • Groceries. Soup, crackers, bread, juice, tea and simple things to make.
  • Convenience store items. Milk, eggs, ginger ale and other pop.
  • Takeout pickup. When cooking is not happening.
  • Pet food and supplies. The dog still needs dinner.

You can see everything on our pharmacy pickup page and the rest of our services.

If you need a few of these, put them on one order. Each additional stop on the same order starts at $4.

How do I order when I feel terrible?

Keep it short. You do not need a perfect list.

  • Open the order form on your phone, or call 289-275-0767.
  • Name the store, or stores, and what you need from each.
  • Choose a substitution preference. If you are resting and do not want calls, pick Closest match or Skip it. If something has to be exactly right, pick Call me.
  • Choose As soon as possible.

No app and no account. Dispatch calls every online order to confirm the details and give you an approximate delivery time. If the phone is easier than typing, just call and talk it through.

What should I put in my notes?

A little detail saves a call later:

  • Brand and size for the things you are particular about.
  • Flavours for soup, tea or juice.
  • Which pharmacy you want us to go to for your pickup.
  • A description if you are not sure of the name. “The orange box of tissues” gets us close.
  • Delivery notes, like “leave a knock and step back” or “side door”.

We are personalized by design. Tell us how you like things and we will shop that way.

Can someone order for me?

Yes. A partner, friend or family member can place the order with your address on it. That can be easier for everyone when you are the one who is sick. They do not need to live with you, as long as the delivery address is in our area. If you are not sure your address is in our area, call before you order.

Where do you deliver? We deliver in Ajax and Whitby, where the published delivery fee is $8.99. Brooklin, Oshawa, Courtice and Bowmanville are call for pricing. See our delivery areas for details.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Interac debit.

A few sick day tips

  • Keep your phone nearby after you order, in case we call from the store.
  • Add a few extras while you are at it, so you do not need a second order tomorrow.
  • If someone else in the house is likely to catch it, stock up a little.
  • And if you are worried about how you are feeling, talk to your pharmacist or doctor. We handle the errands, not the advice.

Send your list through the order form or call us at 289-275-0767. We are open Monday to Saturday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
