Why is it “call for pricing” in the new towns?

Because we would rather give you the right number for your address than a guess. A quick call lets us confirm that we cover your street and what your delivery will cost. Once you know, ordering is the same as everywhere else we serve.

Additional stops on the same order start at $4 per stop, wherever you are.

How do I place my first order?

Once you have confirmed pricing for your address, you can order online or by phone.

• Fill in the order form with each store and what you want from it.
• Add your brand, size and any substitution notes.
• Choose a substitution preference: Call me, Closest match, or Skip it.
• Choose your timing: As soon as possible, or Schedule a time.

There is no app to download and no account to set up. A real person in dispatch calls every online order to confirm the details and give you an approximate delivery time.

If your order includes alcohol, have photo ID ready at the door. Ontario law requires you to be 19 or older to purchase alcohol. We are AGCO licensed, and we are not affiliated with the LCBO or The Beer Store.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Interac debit.

What should new customers know?

A few things that make the first order go well:

• Be specific. Tell us the brand and size you usually buy. We shop the way you would.
• Keep your phone close. If something on your list is not on the shelf, we may call, depending on the substitution option you picked.
• Combine your errands. A grocery stop, a pharmacy pickup and a parcel drop-off can all be one order.
• Check our hours. We are open Monday to Saturday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

We aim to be friendly, courteous and professional on every order, and quick about it. We wait in the lines so you don’t have to.
