A multi-stop order is one delivery that picks up from more than one place. You list every store and what you need from each, we make the rounds, and it all arrives at your door together. Each additional stop on the same order starts at $4.
That means groceries, a pharmacy pickup and a run to the LCBO can be one order instead of three. Here is how it works and how to set one up so nothing gets missed.
What counts as a stop?
A stop is each place we pick up from or drop something off. Common stops look like this:
- The grocery store for your weekly basics
- A pharmacy pickup and everyday basics
- The LCBO or The Beer Store
- A convenience store for ice, milk or eggs
- A pet store for food and supplies
- Dropping off a parcel or a return
If everything you need comes from one store, that is one stop, even if the list is long. Add a second store and you have a multi-stop order. You can see the full range of what we pick up on our services page.
What does a multi-stop order cost?
In Ajax and Whitby, our published delivery fee is $8.99. Each additional stop on the same order adds $4 and up.
For Brooklin, Oshawa, Courtice and Bowmanville, it is call for pricing. Give us a ring at 289-275-0767 and we can tell you what your run will cost before you order. If you are not sure whether your address is covered, check our delivery areas or call before you order.
How do I set up a multi-stop order?
You can order online or by phone. Online, it goes like this:
- Open the order form.
- List each store, and under each one, the items you want from it.
- Add the details that matter: brand, size and quantity.
- Choose how you want substitutions handled: Call me, Closest match, or Skip it.
- Pick your timing: As soon as possible, or Schedule a time.
- Send the order.
There is no app to download and no account to create. A real person in dispatch calls every online order to confirm the details and give you an approximate delivery time. If you would rather talk it through from the start, just call.
How do I make a multi-stop run go smoothly?
A little detail up front saves a phone call later. A few habits help:
- Group your list by store, so each stop has its own clear list.
- Be specific. “2 litre 2% milk” is easier to get right than “milk”.
- Tell us what matters most. If one store is out of something, should we look elsewhere or skip it? Say so in your notes.
- If any stop is the LCBO or The Beer Store, have photo ID ready at the door. You must be 19 or older to purchase alcohol in Ontario.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard and Interac debit.
When we are standing in a store, the notes you left are what we go by. The more personal they are, the closer the order comes to what you would have picked yourself.
When does a multi-stop order make sense?
Most people try it once and then reach for it whenever the week gets busy. A few common ones:
- The Saturday restock: groceries, pet food and a bag of ice in one go.
- Getting ready for guests: drinks from the LCBO plus mix and munchies from the convenience store.
- Looking after someone at home: a pharmacy pickup, a few groceries and something easy for dinner.
- Clearing the to-do list: a parcel drop-off on the way to the hardware store for bulbs and salt.
We wait in the lines so you don’t have to, and you get one handoff at the door instead of three trips across town.
Put every stop on the order form and dispatch will call to confirm, or call us at 289-275-0767. We are open Monday to Saturday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
