How do I place an order?
Fill in the online order form or call 289-275-0767.
What happens after I submit an online order?
Dispatch calls you to confirm the details and gives you an approximate delivery time.
Do I need an app or an account?
No. Order by phone or with the online form.
Can I order from more than one store?
Yes. Put every stop in one order. Additional stops start at $4 per stop.

Where do you deliver?
Ajax, Whitby, Brooklin, Oshawa, Courtice and Bowmanville, Ontario. If you're not sure your address is covered, call 289-275-0767 before you order.
What is the delivery fee?
The published delivery fee for Ajax and Whitby is $8.99. Additional stops start at $4 per stop. For Brooklin, Oshawa, Courtice, Bowmanville or anything you’re unsure about, call and we’ll confirm the price first.
Do I pay store prices for items?
Yes. You pay the store price for your items plus the delivery fee.
What we pick up
Can you pick up from stores other than the LCBO?
Yes. Groceries, takeout, pharmacy, pet supplies, hardware and convenience-store items are all part of what we do. Tell us the store and what you need, and we'll confirm when we call.
Can you collect convenience-store items?
Yes. Ice, pop or mix, pet food, milk, munchies, eggs, or anything from a convenience store.
What if an item is out of stock?
Tell us on your order whether to call you, pick the closest match or skip it.
ID & payment
Do I need photo ID?
For alcohol, yes. Ontario law requires you to be 19 or older to purchase alcohol. Please be prepared to show photo ID at the door.
How can I pay?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Interac.
What are your hours?
Monday to Saturday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sunday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
